We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Terry Morrison, Service Technician, quickly discovered what was causing the problem and he fixed it. In addition, there was a water leak from a condenser pipe from our furnace and Terry repaired it and installed a support strap around the pipe. He re-leveled the pad supporting an outdoor A/C unit and checked it for proper performance. Terry's expert technical knowledge and high-level quality of work insures our heating and cooling systems run dependably. Terry is always on time, courteous, and customer oriented. We are a very satisfied customer of Panther Heating & Cooling Inc, and we would like to compliment Terry for his great work!!
