Melissa was great; very polite and professional!
FINAL JUNE 2026 UPDATE - Melissa came back for our semi-annual service and everything went smoothly and efficiently. She is a pro.
June 2026 - Part 2. Melissa showed up as promised with the new A/C coil. Hot day for the work but she got everything installed and we're back in business. Once again - exceptional service from Melissa and Panther.
June 2026 - A/C dropped way off last night....called the answering service and a tech returned the call about 5 minutes later. He offered to come out at 9 PM but we told him morning would be fine. Melissa Pruett was assigned to us and brought her A game. She diagnosed the problem, explained it in terms we could understand, and made temporary repairs for the weekend until she can bring the new coil out on Monday. She's new with Panther but has a ton of experience in the field. She represents Panther very well.
12/25 update. Winter service call done by Jermaine went flawlessly. He knew what we needed and expected and delivered perfectly. We continue to have high confidence in Panther HVAC.
5/8/25 review. Spring service by Zia. He did a great job, explaining everything he was doing and made sure we were good with what he was handling for us. Panther is a solid company and Zia represents them well.
10/2024 review....winter service by Ben...another very positive experience with Panther. Ben got here on time, checked all systems out completely and assured us that we're ready for the winter season. Panther gets it right again.
10/30/23 update: Bobby Foard came today to perform our winter service check on the primary heat pump and did a terrific job. He knew exactly what was needed and handled it with absolute professionalism and skill. We recently had Panther replace a 16 year old mini-split system and this project was also done with skill and professionalism. Panther does extremely good work and has our full and total recommendation.

Very impressed with the quality of service and the customer focus from Panther. Tech was Jack who has been here before and he brought his A game again this time. Listened carefully, asked the right questions and got things set right quickly and effectively. We are very pleased that we switched to Panther for our HVAC needs.

Had a problem and set up an appointment day and time with Panther to do the repair. Showed up on time and completed repairs. They have very good communication. Have been a customer for a number of years and haven't ever had any real problems with Panther.
We recently had a new upstairs HVAC unit installed by Panther Heating and Cooling. From the initial diagnostic visit with William to our consultation with Ethan in sales, the entire process was professional and thorough. Blake and Josh handled the installation, and we can’t say enough good things about them. They were incredibly polite, professional, and worked tirelessly without taking a break or stopping for lunch! We highly recommend Panther heating and cooling!
