William came do a maintenance inspection of my HVAC. He was very thorough. He identified that the damper motors were sluggish & should be replaced to prevent future failure. He also recommended installing surge protectors. I prioritized that the damper motors were necessary to change now before I turn on the heat. I will do the surge protectors in the spring. I was quite satisfied with the service I received.
They always show up on time or they let you know if there is a hold up for some reason. The repairman was friendly and took all the time I needed to understand what was happening and what software upgrades had taken place. Showed me a new option that I wasn't aware of on the thermostat. Great job all around!!
